What a disappointment during the trip. Departures too late, errors in booking, rigid guides, returns too early to the hotel. In short we do not recommend this agency.

Very bad Russian tour operator has strongly discouraged. We booked through our French agency two single rooms, which upon arrival at the hotel these rooms were not reserved. We paid for these rooms in France. After contacting Going Russia They put the booking error on the French agency and asked us to pay ourselves the problem in calling our agency, as we were on a Sunday, Going Russia demanded that we re-arrange these rooms to be able to have them. Two days later they admitted to making a mistake and we were refunded. We continued our stay, but with many other disappointments, because this tour operator has big problems in organizing his travels. To discourage

AN AGENCY DISASTER, and logitravel for contracting with them. From Tallinn to St. Petersburg we were taken to the bus at 8 o'clock in the morning when we had to leave at 7 o'clock, (error of them because the ticket was at 7 o'clock) instead of arriving at St. Petersburg at 2:30 We arrived at 10.30 at night (and in a bus without even water, or let us go down to buy it, when it was hot for the date we were). The guide that took us to the bus in TALLIN, unpleasant to stop, left us running without giving us explanations and I did not even check that the ticket was wrong, we realized ourselves at the time of boarding the bus. Up to two hours later they did not send someone to take charge of finding us new bus tickets. They do not take responsibility for anything. WE DESIRE TO TRAVEL WITH THEM AND WITH LOGITRAVEL
