Good day to all! I will share my impression of the Troitsky guest house in St. Petersburg. In fact, this is a huge apartment on the fourth floor, there are eight pretty cozy rooms, everything is clean! (And there are no cockroaches or bedbugs as others wrote in the reviews). The rooms are small, but in principle it is not bad for living there is everything. The bathroom is huge, one for eight rooms, but there is no queue here, that is, when you need it, it is always free. The kitchen is also huge, there is all the dishes. The location is good, the center is within walking distance. In general, we have been here for a week and nothing has upset.

She lived in this guest house for 4 days. My expectations were met and even more. Firstly, a very good location - and from the center on foot not super far, and close to the metro, about 7-10 minutes. The rooms are simple, while there is everything you need: a bed, chairs, a table, a mirror, wardrobes, a TV (I didn't have to turn it on, that's not why they come to St. Petersburg))) In the guest house itself there is a several separate tables, a stove, a sink, a microwave oven, a refrigerator, a kettle, a water filter (I took a bottle with me for walks, E - Economy). There is a complaint in the kitchen - the garbage is not regularly taken out, there was a moment that there was no place in the bucket. Two bathrooms, one toilet and a sink, the second - a toilet and a bathroom, there is also a washing machine and hairdryers. I saw the reviews that there were eternal queues in the toilets, I did not notice this, but I was not in the hottest season. What I really liked is that this is a former apartment, thanks to this and the renovation done in the living room, it is cozy, you do not feel like in an economy hostel, but as if you are visiting, plus it is always very clean. The administration is responsive, mosquitoes ate me a little, they immediately gave me a fumigator. Oh yes, a big plus - there is an elevator !!! Guest house on the 5th floor, if anything))) 200% price-quality ratio I will be in St. Petersburg, I will definitely consider this option again.

Common places like a lounge, kitchen, bath are very cozy. And the numbers are lagging behind. But quiet and calm. Friendly staff. Spent three days. Satisfied. No disappointment.
