I am very glad that I found Elastica, I have been attending classes for about a year now. The coaches are attentive and moderately strict, when necessary - they will praise, when you free up - everyone can see, especially Nadia and Dasha. I like small groups, and I don't have to try to do it at a general pace like in a gym, I'm 52, and that's important. Any exercise on request will be made easier or more difficult, the attitude is really individual. Thank you girls, the sport has become fun with you!

The best studio)! Attentive trainers, small groups of up to 8 people, there is an individual approach. There is always a friendly atmosphere in the classroom. If you want a beautiful, flexible body and, of course, twine, then I definitely recommend you here. Elastic - one love ❤

I am incredibly glad that I discovered this club for myself - I come here from Sestroretsk, I really liked training in Airflex hammocks - all muscles are involved, even those that I did not know about before! :) Well, the feeling of flight is simply indescribable in emotions! A very pleasant, friendly atmosphere, thanks to the super trainer - Nastya Tomilova! I have been doing it for only a month, but I have already noticed the result - the body has become more flexible and stronger!

I went to Nastya for a trial lesson a couple of months ago, I hadn't done anything before. The training was dynamic, stretching the whole body, back. An individual approach, the trainer helps in exercises, corrects, if something does not work out :) I will walk - it is very fun to study in a group!)

A friend recommended this studio, now we go together) Very convenient location, close to the metro. I like the benevolence of the coaches, the enthusiasm in the lesson, the time flies by)) Dasha-top!) And I'm already close to splits :)))
