I am extremely unpleasantly surprised by the attitude of the medical staff towards the patients. I got to the hospital with a hypertensive crisis, in four days the pressure was measured once. I was placed in the male therapy department, in a ward opposite the toilet, where all patients smoke peacefully around the clock, despite the well-known Decree and a Memo for Patients about the prohibition of smoking in the toilet. The memo, by the way, hangs on the door of this very toilet. Nurses discuss personal problems, using obscene language, not paying attention to patients, it is quite difficult to find them at their posts, they raise their voices at patients, literally yelling. I will make a reservation that this applies, of course, not to all nurses. There were no free paid wards in the department, "we can put you in a paid ward of another department, but our doctors do not like to go there, so you can be left without examination." After two sleepless nights (neighbors snoring when it was impossible to rest in a paid ward, as well as constant cigarette smoke), I decided that staying in such conditions badly affects my health, wrote a refusal and left without outerwear. Fatigue, burnout, difficulty of work are not an excuse for the inclusion of "watchman's syndrome" in the medical staff.

Disgusting service. More than once they called an ambulance, they even came themselves. Examined by several doctors. The problem is the following, the chest area hurt. One doctor said heart problems, the second, osteochondrosis. Stuffed with the wrong pills. It only got worse. A MONTH has passed !!! it didn't get better. As a result, we went by ambulance to Sestroretsk. As it turned out, this is a stomach ulcer. What kind of doctors, even if they cannot make a correct diagnosis?

Overexposure between the hospital bed and the morgue, which is 15 meters from the main entrance. I don't even want to tell what kind of institution it is, let alone go there for an operation, God forbid.

Mom was admitted to the hospital with abdominal pain. In the ward, she was infected with the coronavirus. They offered to urgently take her home and conduct tests at home. After refusal, the head threatened to take her home with the police. After a categorical refusal and threats to file a complaint, they took a test at the hospital. By the way, the others who were in the ward were discharged home, I suspect, without any tests. Mother is now alone in the ward.
