The hairdresser himself, the young man, had a satisfactory / acceptable haircut. For an economy hairdressing salon it will do. But they declare themselves at the moment as a "barbershop" / "image laboratory". This is certainly not the case. Cut my hair with a clipper quickly, trimmed my beard a little with scissors. They are silent about the actions, despite the flyers lying on the reception desk. No straight razor shaving. They didn't wash their hair. No special cosmetics were used. No face and beard towels. The Uzbek hairdresser, although he tried, but his training raises many questions. He worked without gloves. The hairdresser hardly knew Russian. An oversized girl explained in Uzbek how to cut my hair. I put in place the would-be female administrator after her "disgruntled and ironic" words: "Will you count every hair?" - after I drew the attention of the hairdresser to the unevenly trimmed whiskey. I paid 500 rubles for a beard and a haircut with two attachments, although the “administrator” told the hairdresser after my reaction to the unprofessional behavior of the person who imagined herself to be “All Queen of Her Salon”: “Let him go ... apparently, he doesn't want to pay .. . ". Senior / manager - Roman never called back, despite the promise of a girl from another salon of the chain. Only she apologized and tried to resolve the issue. According to her, the manager of the hairdresser's on Sovetsky Prospect, 36, building 1 promised to fire the administrator the next day. They will have nothing good with this approach. I can resolve the issue with this salon much tougher, but good employees are not to blame for the fact that they are simply framed by such non-professionals.

An interesting place ... I visit the hairdresser all the time. In the part of the haircut, everything is clear and beautiful, as always. Adequate masters.
