We are regular customers of this cafe. No complaints about the kitchen. Great menu. But the service ... Waited 50 minutes for the order! 50! However, we were not warned that the kitchen was loaded. While we were waiting, they didn't even bring us drinks, although everyone who was in the cafe was served and released. And as it turned out, take-out orders are given first. 🤷🏽‍♀️ And if you came by yourself, sit and wait! A very strange attitude.

On the street Kati Zelenko is a very nice cafe where you can come with children and where children are welcome. But the branch on the street. Deriglazova is every time one disappointment. The last time, in general, turned out to be beautiful - she gave her son money, sent to a cafe to buy what she wants. He went to their toilet before buying something. Upon leaving, he was informed that he could not go to the toilet there, that he was only for guests of the cafe. And all this with all visitors. The guy was very shy and left, and not having had time to become this guest, he was very upset, so that I had to come there myself and tell the staff that they were wrong. In response, I heard that they did not know how to guess that he was a guest, that it turned out that he could not go to the toilet without his parents (should I go there with him until 18?). That they have a child locked once (as if there were no locks on the market that could be unlocked from the other side). Some nonsense and a collective farm. Sorry, there’s no way to excuse yourself for going to the toilet - well, there’s nowhere to fall below. And okay, I would, because the child has stopped by. It is called "children are welcome here." Answer to the answer: maybe try to lock it with a key? And give only to those who buy.
