AVOID Feniks-Tur at all costs! I bought tickets for a day bus tour to Peterhof in June 2019, IN ADVANCE, from a booth in front of the Kazan Cathedral. I had a very heavy suitcase with me - and yet these people made me drag that suitcase to 5 different places. After an HOUR past departure time, they still couldn't determine which bus I should be on. And they didn't want to give me my money back either!!!
