It turns out that my room has fallen in price in 5 years (in the Moscow region of St. Petersburg) and not risen in price. Given the fact that real estate on the market only for the year grew by 10%. I contacted the specialist who is conducting my business - Anna Glushkova. She said she filed approval for a larger amount. 2 weeks have passed. Already March 3. There was no answer. Tell me how long should I wait? I know that there is a deadline for approving a mortgage, after which it will be necessary to re-collect and submit documents. I don’t have this desire, it’s time and money. I already spent more on refunding (assessment, insurance, payment for transferring money), the amount of expenses is more than a year savings from monthly payments with a new percentage approved by your bank.
