Awful department, huge queues, slow service. We stand for half an hour and have not yet been served, 16 more people lined up behind me on the street. People are sent to send faster than to receive. Where is the logic ??? Russian Post is still popular and in demand among the population, I think it would be more expedient to increase the number of employees and service windows, and also consider raising the salary of employees, there is no incentive to work with such a salary

Today I had the misfortune of visiting this post office. The first impression is very favorable: a good repair, an electronic line-up ... I was alerted that there were a lot of people in the hall and the distance between them was minimal, i.e. without compliance with sanitary standards and no means of disinfection. Then I was surprised that the numbers of the queue in the window I need change, and no one leaves the window ... And now my number lights up, I break off joyfully from my place and confidently move to the window! But, they inform me that the queue through this window is live: now this citizen is being served, he is behind him, and my turn will not come soon !!! I tried to find out, but what about the electronic queue? They explained to me that the computer works by itself, and the operator by itself ... At this time, a woman enters the department and picks up a ticket. And then her number lights up above the window. Like an icebreaker, pushing the stern "small ice floes", the client moved to the treasured window. To my feeble admonitions that there was a lively queue and my number was ahead of her, she replied: "My number has caught fire on the scoreboard and I am receiving correspondence!" And the operator, who went to the window, gave her her package, and she told me (verbatim): "And you still have to sit at home before July 1!" How much “warmth” and “care” was in her words that I simply felt myself. Meanwhile, the man who stood in front of me told me a secret: "You look through the windows, where it’s free, you can get there. So I got the last one!" God, what a complicated organization for receiving correspondence in this department. I put 1 point for the fact that they still gave me my letter!

The most disgusting post !!! For all the time not a single notice was brought !!! They can't explain why they can't !!!
