Disgusting🤬 there are TWO people in the hall !!!!!!!!!! I sit for more than 20 minutes, serve one guy and bring him letters from the next room, what kind of VIP service ??? I explain that I have a baby, but they ignore me !!! And a young guy himself could go to the next hall😡

Attentive and patient staff; They talk politely, prompt and help, if something is not clear. There is an electronic queue for numbers. On Saturday evening there were no people at all, the service was provided quickly.

Awful. On the street at 19.00 + 28 degrees standing in line for 10 minutes, and the line does not even move. For some reason, there is only one queue for receiving parcels and for issuing them. I’m not even sure that I will receive the package at all or not.

They work quickly in two delivery windows and one sending window. If there’s nobody in the last, then they’ll give out through him too. First time came. I received the parcel on the printed notice from the site on the day it was received at the department, and a day earlier than the expected date indicated on the tracking page. An employee politely spoke about the possibility of accelerated receipt by SMS without documents. Indeed, this method is many times faster: during the time I worked with me, two people passed in the next window. The parcel is in excellent condition, although it has covered more than 7000 km with several sorting centers. All good, peace and good mood;)
