On 12/18/2020, an employee of this department with the surname Fenrich refused to accept my parcel packed in accordance with all the rules. She did not explain her refusal in any way, she just turned around and left with the words "buy the package, otherwise I won't send it." I had to waste time, go to another department and stand in line again - by the way, the parcel was accepted there without any problems. As long as people like Fenrich work at Russian Post, people's opinion about this organization will not change. And no repairs will help. First of all, you need to correctly select, train and monitor personnel.

Four stars, because the Russian Post cannot be given five stars. And I can't do less, because I was just lucky that I came and was next in line. There is an electronic queue that even works. There are a lot of windows, but according to the classics, only two windows worked, while in the rest the employees depicted increased activity.

Very poor separation. I went to the mail. At the entrance, the operator Andreeva Tatyana Viktorovna forbade entering the department, responding in a boorish manner so that I would wait for no one knew what. The license was prevented from taking. Selectively let in suitable people without questions (apparently, acquaintances) into the department. The same operator demanded to use the mask, but did not issue it, which violates the laws of the Russian Federation.

I don’t think that using their application is a good idea. an order came, issued a home delivery via a mobile application, and today, when she had to call them herself, they said that “the application sometimes does not work very well” and I had to arrange delivery again, but instead of 1 day, now I have to wait 2-4 workers ! Thank you, the best place on the planet!

Directly from the 70s - the repair since then did not seem to be done. I will supplement the review based on the results of 2019 from two stars I change the rating to a solid 4ku. After the repair and the introduction of the electronic line, the work of the department has greatly improved. Not to say that everything is perfect, individual employees are sometimes a little squint, but such a mess as before was no longer there.
