1) I was pleasantly surprised by the lack of a queue. 2) I asked the post office to make me a copy of the check - they did not just make it to me without any negative comments, but also consulted on each item in the check and checked the amount of checks. Thank you very much that in organizations with a negative reputation there are still employees who can leave a pleasant impression about the whole company.

Post Russia branch of Satan :))) I laugh at the comments above. It’s true that some clients are served for a long time, but some come with a mountain of registered letters, it is logical that one such client will have to wait 30 minutes :) This is not a problem for those people who accept customers — this is a problem for the Russian Post system itself. If there is an alternative, use a more humane service.

A small post office with 2 windows (sometimes 3). Always polite and responsible staff.

I earnestly ask you to shorten the waiting time in any accessible way. Find more employees or work with the current staff. Wait 40 minutes for one visitor - it's just not serious and disrespect to the visitors of the department. Unfortunately, this pattern is observed regularly.

I came to receive a Western Union transfer at 09-45. Information that this could be done was on the WU website and on the mail site. I took a coupon, 1 specialist serves the client, the second repeatedly passed by and left. After 10 minutes, the client completed the service, I went to the window and it turned out that the employee who was passing by was in charge of such transfers. The next 20 minutes, she unsuccessfully tried to give me a transfer, but it turned out that the system was not working and the support service where the employee contacted was advised to "let the client go." Half an hour! The result is 0.
