There were never any special difficulties or problems with receiving letters and parcels. Record: receive the package in 10 minutes. The longest - about an hour (there was a lively queue, as the machine with coupons did not work). I go even without a notification number, they look at everything according to the passport. Documents do not need to be signed or executed - receipt in a simplified manner or something like that (when you need to provide only a passport, then comes SMS to the phone, very convenient). Much, of course, depends on what time to come. As for me - there is no point in sitting at "rush hour" when there are about 20 people waiting in line, it is easier to go on another day when there will be less people. Here is the fact that part of the seats have been moved to wait - it is not convenient. I don’t really see the point of buying food or anything else by mail, this is a very strange idea, and the time for receiving packages will only increase.

Worst post office in town. For any visit, lay at least an hour of waiting time. Disgusting organization of work.
