Moscow Thailand Embassy

Called them with my request for many weeks and got the same answer : "the specialist is out of office, better send an email". On emails they reply poorly or not reply at all. several times even hung up the phone while I was speaking. I called Thailand and lady there was so polite and nice! Explained me in 2 minutes all that the Thai embassy in Moscow postponed for many weeks.

I have applied for a visa in January. They have online appointment. No queues. Helpful staff. Better check requirements first on their website.

Went to the embassy on Serpov street with all the docs to apply for the visa to travel to Thailand for 2 months and got Very DISAPPOINTED with the work of the Russian officers and the whole office - unclear instructions on the site and at the office, no guidance, constant update of the docs and additional papers to bring. A mistake in the word will lead u to reapply. Lots of complaining and unsatisfied applicants. Some Russian lady from the office came out and started to yell at everyone (and those poor people had nothing to do with that) and pointing fingers for throwing out the trash outside of the bin. Well, maybe u should make it less stressful for the people, so they won’t throw in outside of the bin? How come it got so hard to get visa to Thailand? It used to be so easy and welcoming but now too much stress!

Miss sirirat has been absolutely and tremendously helpful. First of all, they picked up the phone even on Christmas! Answering to all my questions and saving me the fuss making my trip back and forth. bravo!

Sudden random self declare holiday. Travel all the way there to find it is closed without any notice. Called them and no one pick up. Good luck to you if you are stranded.
