The parcel from Tolyatti via EMS courier service was sent to St. Petersburg. The package arrived on 11/15/2019. No one contacted me, I called to find out when the delivery will be, they told me on Saturday before lunch. On Saturday morning, the courier called, said it would be in the evening, I said what I needed before lunch and there was an agreement on this, because on Saturday we left the whole family until evening. Because grandmother had a birthday, which the package was intended. My grandmother is 79 years old. I wanted to give her a present. I called asking what the hell was going on, they say: We technically cannot send the parcel today. I ask why? They answer me: We technically cannot send the parcel today. So, like a hackneyed record. One thing is the same. We’ll bring it tomorrow or pick it up yourself. I say that I will not go to your Bucharest 122, I have neither the opportunity nor the time. Money paid for courier delivery! I would have known, would have sent it by ordinary departure and picked it up near the house. I’m calling today, asking and where? They say: today there will be no delivery. I ask yesterday's question: Why? I get the same answer that you see, technically, they can’t deliver it to his mother. We can assume to pick it up yourself. I personally think that this is a mockery of customers. Workers damn it. I am ashamed! And I forgot about the fact that the phone number on Bucharest 122 is not working. I’m calling the second day at two extensions 4111 and 4117. They don’t pick up the phone. But this package is urgently needed, because my grandmother leaves for Almaty (Kazakhstan) the day after tomorrow! As I understand it, if the parcel is not delivered, the "Great Post of Russia" will be required to apologize to Kazakhstan if it is not delivered as soon as possible.

In a particular office (Bucharest) service is disgusting, the operator talks as if you are interfering with her from the threshold. Parcels are lost, deadlines are increasing regularly and unreasonably, couriers do not call, but SMS arrives that there was an unsuccessful delivery attempt. As you enter the office, all the time someone is outraged. The quality of the services provided is poor. It is like an ordinary Russian post, only ten times more expensive.

Rare pigs, of course. I am waiting for an urgent letter from the 16th, no one takes the tube, on the site so generally the numbers are nonexistent. It’s a shame that the relatives paid three to four times more for the urgency, and these idiots, not that quickly, didn’t deliver at all. Do not trust them.
