Disgusting place .... more than 5 letters are not accepted, they say they say go to the end of the queue to send all the letters. On average, you spend between 1.5 hours on this mail, and it’s not a fact that you will send all your correspondence

They steal, lose, lie, are rude. The worst of the departments I interacted with. Notifications simply do not bring, you go with the tracking number, they lie that there is no such thing. You start to write a complaint, sometimes they suddenly find it. Half of the order reaches the department, but disappears.

Horrible service, it feels like they only know how to accept payments and parcels and that's it: recently sent a parcel by cash on delivery (a person paid cash on delivery and took the parcel), they said on the mail site that the money would be in my mail within 5-6 days, I arrived to receive money, I had to explain for 20 minutes that I need to receive money for a parcel sent by cash on delivery ... etc. they hear about it for the first time, is it even possible? (before there were no problems, a couple of minutes and the money was received). As a result, I have been going to them for 3 weeks already, and the result is zero, they suggested writing an application for search, but they do not have any forms, like print it yourself and bring it ... The repairs were done, and the staff is old, it's time to change !!!!

Brazenly stealing parcels !!! Even with tracking, but about non-tracking I generally keep quiet !!! Not reach at least 70% of orders. Often open packages come. Notices come with a great delay (2-3 weeks after the arrival of the parcel) or do not bring at all !!! Recently, several parcels landed in the department for almost a month, no one notified me about them and I accidentally found out that they had already arrived. Operators are extremely incompetent, do not want to solve any issues. I went to show the tracks, to which I received the answer: "has not yet arrived." I am in shock. Having said that the parcels had been almost a month in the department, the operator went and took them out of a separate place. All of them were opened and combined into one common package. Apparently they were going to pick it up for themselves. That's horrible!!! When the repair was underway and parcels were given at a different address, everything went fine. And here it turns out every time I order a thing for some aunt. In the department 192236 some homeless women or something work ??? Who can’t buy a thing for themselves? How disgusting.
