Employees were not allowed to unpack and check the parcel until it was paid. When I opened the parcel, after payment, it did not contain one product. I asked the postal staff for help, the boss had to wait more than a quarter of an hour when she did arrive, said that I would send the parcel for my money at its full cost. Only after half an hour of altercation did they draw up an act of opening the parcel indicating the list of products that were there. Bottom line: the time spent (2 hours), the spoiled mood, the nerves and the futility of my actions: I took the package in the form in which it arrived. Separately, it must be said about the blatant lack of professionalism of employees, because the phrase customer is always right means that he not only has the right to honest service, help in disputed situations, but also a polite attitude to him. They laughed at me in the face, smirked, used different types of jargon in the treatment of me and directly called my behavior hysterical. I wish postal staff to find themselves in my place more often, maybe this will teach them something.
