All this suggests that this was done by the sorting officers of the city of departure - St. Petersburg. Sorting took place exactly at this point. The situation was spat in the soul. Faced with her, I began to look at the reviews of different branches, sorting points of the Russian Post, and of course, the sorting point that my parcel visited. People have been complaining for years !!! Theft. It looks like a systemic one. A terribly unpleasant aftertaste remained, I don't want to use the services of your company anymore, but I would like to advise others to look for other ways to deliver the necessary items. And the employees acted very meanly: they rummaged through everything, threw out all the individual packages of things inside, took what they liked best, apparently - they chose more. Very, very nasty attitude towards customers!

Today is 10/20/2020. The package on this sorting hangs from the 11th !! All the time while I was on the way, there was a delivery date. As soon as I got to this sorting - the date disappeared and still no rumor or spirit! The terms of shipment were violated, I called the hotline twice, at first they were fed with the terms of delivery, today they said - write a statement on the wanted list !! What kind of chaos is this ?? Yesterday I received another package for this sorting - and the same picture - the delivery date was October 19, today this date has disappeared! The hotline said that the deadlines were not violated, the control date of delivery was 21. But something tells me that it's time to sound the alarm !! The package contains a plant that will die five times before someone considers my application !! What the hell is this going on? I read all the reviews - and I was shocked! Why is there no reaction from the supervisory authorities? To whom and why are we writing all this ??
