Disgusting Mazda interior. At the entrance, they demanded to separate their masks and gloves and would not be allowed to go without them. Having said that we can BUY them on the 1st floor. Well, that is, this is a salon with cars for 3 lyama, not 2 rubles, and they can not offer gloves and masks to their customers. I'll tell you a secret - your competitors have been doing this for a long time. When we deployed 3 clients, naturally no one returned. Further more, the manager said that it turns out everything can be read on the site and did not even offer cars. No customer interest. And I have something to compare, before that we were in 4 salons and there was no such boorish attitude anywhere.

I am a true BMW fan. This is not the first car of this brand that I purchased in the salon. But this is the first time I see such an attitude as in the Eurosib car dealership on Obvodny. Here you can buy a beautiful and reliable car, of course, there may be some inaccuracies and errors in it that can be identified from the beginning of the car's operation. The work of the staff is very important, the faster and better they fix the shortcomings, the sooner you will start to enjoy driving your car. Now closer to the point !!! Pleased! VERY! I was "pleased" with the work of the warranty masters, who, instead of solving the client's problems, come up with a multitude of concomitant "diseases" in order to increase their salary, as I think !! The employees are not interested in the client !!! I remember the warranty engineer, Artyom Alekseev, who turns even minor work into a grandiose repair project. So, for example, from the first day of purchase, the left wiper, which incorrectly cleaned the glass, leaving a 20 cm "blot" right in the driver's line of sight, which, in an amicable way, would just need to be replaced with a new one and that's it! But this is probably very easy and unprofitable! Outcome: - trip number one: the janitor was replaced, this is according to the master-consultant, who with a sincere smile, having handed the keys, said that you can forget about the problem. It took 2 hours to repair !! The problem has not gone away! -trip number two: They said that it was a leash, they bent the leash a little, leaving beautiful white scratches on a black background, but for some reason they hid this fact! They also said it is possible that the case is in the factory "omyvayka", which gives divorce. They polished the glass, said to use a "washer" and fill it with ordinary water, it's good that summer! It took 4 hours to work !! The problem didn't go away. -trip number three. They were very indignant that I emptied the "washer" tank in the classical way, on the glass! Therefore, they polished the glass again in order to remove this unfortunate layer of the old "washer". We changed the damaged leash for a new one, it took 2 hours to work! The problem has not gone away! -trip number four. An incorrectly working wiper is no longer a problem, but a design feature of this car !!! It turned out during the diagnosis, which lasted 1.5 hours! "Nothing can be done!" - That was the final verdict !!!! Of course, I was upset that nothing could be done. But he didn't give up. I went to another dealer with the last hope for at least some kind of solution, because the car is “stupid”, it is impossible to drive ... In exactly 30 seconds they changed my janitor !!! Which immediately erased the layer of the ill-fated old "washer", corrected the leash and design features of this car and, finally, gave me the opportunity to safely drive my BMW !!!
