ROLF RENAULT - St. Petersburg = you are a collective farm and liars! If someone is thinking about buying and servicing Renault in Russia, read the story: In April 2018, I bought a Renault Kapture from an official dealer of Reanault in Russia (Rolf Renault). On May 15, I got into an unpleasant accident - as a result of which the entire front of the car was smashed. (I can send a photo). The chassis and engine were not damaged. The airbags did not deploy - because the impact was not so strong. The car was fully insured, and therefore I was sent for repairs to Renault Rolf (official dealer in Russia). On the timing of the car repair, the following date was announced to me - mid-July or early August. The representatives of the company said (namely the master - RICHTER DENIS) that the exact terms depend on how quickly the insurance company coordinates my repair. The insurance company agreed to repairs in two weeks, and after another two weeks - according to the assurance of Rolf Renault employees (DENIS RICHTER), a list of spare parts and repair work was agreed upon. The deadline for repairing my car was announced - the beginning of August. Since for the repair of my car - spare parts were required which are not available in Russia from a Renault dealer - namely, a "stretcher". The fact is that Renault is assembled in Russia - but there are no spare parts in Russia. Further - it was announced to me that this spare part was ordered - and the delivery time takes about a month. The part was ordered on June 21st. There is a document and correspondence confirming this! They promised me that they would definitely contact me as soon as the item arrives at them - or if there is any information. However, after a month, no one contacted me. I called myself (towards the end of July) - to which I received a reply that the part was still in transit - and the dealer (Rolf Renault) expects to receive it by August 1st. Coming August 1 - I call the service - I am informed that the "stretcher" part - without which no work can be started - is still on the way - and the next date is August 12. Purchasing manager app. parts on vacation. There are apparently no others. As well as the masters. August 12 comes - I call the service - I call the purchasing manager - to which they tell me the part has not arrived yet - but it will soon be in Moscow from there it will be sent to St. Petersburg - and then the repair will begin. The next deadline is August 16. I'm already starting to call the support service, trying to get through to someone higher-up - they promise to call back - but no one calls back. I call on August 16 - they tell me that the master has a day off - and that he will be the next day. And here is the denouement. On August 17, I call the master (DENIS RICHTER) - and the master informs me in an absolutely innocent voice that the spare part without which there is no way to start repairs - will arrive only on September 30! That is, it turns out all this time the ROLF RENAULT service is constantly lying about the fact that the part will arrive at such and such a time, the car has been in a broken state for more than 3 months. Zap part goes to service from June 21 - and will only be on September 30 + repair 2-3 weeks. BUT! There are no guarantees that the item will be available on September 30th! The dealer to this direct question - answered that he could no longer guarantee any terms. Although before that he guaranteed. All responsibility shifts but RENAULT RUSSIA - that it is they who cannot deliver the ordered part. There are a lot of questions. But there is an indisputable fact - the service does not cope with its duties, for some reason it delays the repair of the car as much as possible.
