The pizzas are large, but at a price not much more profitable than competitors. For the first time I come across the fact that when ordering pizza, you have to pay for delivery, which takes just over an hour (competitors have 45 minutes, if the download is large, then immediately in the application they indicate that the delivery is increasing in time). At the same time, for 150 rubles for delivery, you yourself go downstairs and pick up boxes of already cooled pizza from the car. Yes, the pizza was not just a little cold, but outside temperature. At the same time, after ordering, they called me back, clarified the address, apartment number, front room number and did not say that delivery was only to the front door. I went down - and the courier was standing at a completely different end of the house. And all this for your money, punched in a separate item in the check. When ordering, please indicate the number of devices. Apparently, the application was ripped off from competitors, because in fact they do not give either devices, or even napkins - a solid economy. I can't appreciate the taste, because any cold pizza tastes bad. When I called the pizzeria, they said that they were using thermal bags, but I just took the boxes out of the car (the driver just opened the door, he didn't get it out) - they save, unlike competitors, on thermal bags. Dry and tasteless pizza! I called to tell you about it, they said THIS IS OUR RECIPE, you just do not understand !! Previously, they always ordered and it was good, we moved and decided to repeat the order six months later. I'm shocked. For the first time I come across such rudeness. Do you guys have a pandemic or where? Don't you need clients?

In Rainbow itself, the pizza is good, but the delivery is disgusting! In three hours, by a certain time, I made an order, but the order was delivered 40 minutes later than the specified time! I had to call and ask where my (already paid order) is. When they brought her, she was left and damp !!! I will not order any more and I do not advise others for that kind of money !!!
