Spent here 2 nights, nice place, friendly staff. There are tennis courts, a small football ground, a volleyball court and other playgrounds. Its a shame that on one side of the compound there is an industrial estate of some sort, which is run very poorly and looks like big dump!! Just outside the house we had rented they had the unfinished pavement work which is a hazard especially when one stays with little children.

I liked the location very much! The air of a beautiful forest and a calm atmosphere are the key to a good rest!) There are mushrooms and berries in the forest) Lovely administrator Elena!) I am ready to help with any question of hotel guests. Who wants to spend the weekend in peace - then in "Khvoiny"! There were many people, but no one bothered anyone) It was a little annoying when there were loud conversations of foreign staff in the room Perhaps they thought that they were not heard) Well, it's really very loud ( Perhaps the management needs to be instructed and explained. Although the hotel is in the forest, it is so loud - too much! ( By the way, next to the territory of the hotel there is a shop in a 2-minute walk "Traffic light" Also a shop with vegetables and drinks There is also a cafe nearby Fish shop There is a tennis court, sauna, swimming pool BBQ area Gazebos

We decided to stay at the Khvoinoy hotel for our wedding night. Very nice place. Friendly staff. the administrator Lyudmila knows her job and is just a sympathetic person !!! Excellent hotel grounds. In the gazebos, you could eat both food from the restaurant and prepared yourself ... we fried freshly picked mushrooms in the hotel's shared kitchen. And they rejoiced at the opportunity to sleep in silence and look out the window at the pines. The location is very convenient. You can also cycle to Lake Krasavitsa. And to the very long bike path along the bay, which runs straight from Sestroretsk and its length pleases. On the territory of the hotel you can also have fun. Tennis table, swimming pool, billiards. we booked two nights very profitably. If there are more such offers, we will definitely come back. Cool place for people who did not come to sit in the room. The hotel has everything you need for a great stay and great staff. I want back))
