Wanted to spend the weekend with friends at this guest house. We saw that a house for rent on airbnb from 06.06 to 07.06. Booked it and transferred money in the amount of 8.5 thousand rubles. It takes about 1.5 hours to drive from our place of residence to the "guest" house. In the morning of 06.06 we contacted a certain "Alexei", ​​allegedly the owner of the property. He is in In a great mood, he told us that there had been an "overbooking" and that the house we had booked and paid for was already occupied. To remedy the situation, "Aleksey" offered us an alternative in the form of renting out 2 rooms (for 4 people) and offered to use the "spa zone" (sauna) free of charge, for which, subject to living in the house, we had to pay 2 thousand for 2 hours. We agreed and hit the road. “Alexey” convinced that the conditions he offered were much better and more expensive than those for which we paid. Upon arrival, we were met by the "administrator" (I write in quotes, because I don't know exactly who this lovely woman was). She offered us 2 rooms, one of which did not have a bathroom (you had to go to it through the corridor, by the way, there was no bathroom / shower in principle), in the other it was wild cold. When I asked why it was so cold, they explained to me that "the heating season is over." It was immediately clear that these rooms are much cheaper, we paid for the house) And our fears were confirmed in the price list posted on the official website of the guest house. We asked to show us other rooms, which was done by the "administrator" (initially we were told that there are only 2 free rooms). I will not describe the West of the nightmare that we faced (dirt and mold in the rooms, unknown biological stains on the sheet). As a result, a room for four was offered, which in the end turned out to be cheaper than 1.5 / 2 thousand. We went to the "office" (as it was written on it), there we were met either by the manager, or the mistress of this chaos, who explained that they themselves do not hand over this property through airbnb, "Aleksey" himself handed over something there and they are not responsible for anything. Do you want to stay where you were offered, no, you are welcome to leave. Honestly, this is the first time I've seen this. Spoiled weekend, mood. The first time I leave a negative review, but here I simply could not do otherwise. If you want to keep your peace of mind and ensure yourself a wonderful weekend, I do not recommend coming to this "guest" house. Never.
