The parking lot is overgrown with grass, there is no indication of where it is at all, no signs to the parking lot, we just stopped at a random entrance and it turned out to be a parking lot. The wind is blowing inside, there is one small shop where there are a couple of sofas and everything, the rest 149,990 sq m are empty in the dark and dust. The only pity is that such a large building will rust under the gray St. Petersburg rains. It would be better if something useful was built on such a huge area ...

There are a minimum of shops on the ground floor. The second has nothing but a small shop with coffee and sandwiches. Smells like paint and construction dust. Not recommended for the premises: it is still very early. Perhaps in a few months, or six months ...

This is a furniture center for design solutions, the area is huge, three floors, so far there are very few working pavilions, where else is being renovated. There are upholstered furniture, kitchens, bedrooms, doors, flooring, plumbing. There are few offers and prices of economy class, a shop for wealthy people.

The scope is impressive, the center is open from 11 to 20. If you like to spend hours walking around the store, choosing, comparing prices, then you are not here, in the next month at least. The first floor is open, the choice of sofas is not huge, but sufficient, I made my purchase here, I'm very happy.
