Place is pretty run down

Good place for shopping.

I can't say anything about the complex, but there is a small large size clothing store on the 2nd floor. All the clothes are of excellent quality, mainly Turkey. Salesman Nana is amazing. I advise everyone.

Interesting place. Although not very large, there is everything and even food. I advise everyone to visit if you are from St. Petersburg. 😏

There is a beautiful fountain inside, many small shops, and on the 3rd floor there is a drawing studio Start. I liked the studio, they work with children and adults, they conduct master classes, the atmosphere of creativity.
