Our coach is Sergey. And this is the best coach! He easily finds an approach to children. The son enjoys attending training. Sergey builds classes so that children, in addition to practicing techniques, also play. Of course, the goal of these games is physical training, but everything is so exciting and interesting that children go to every lesson with pleasure. The son goes to the coach as a friend. Sergei pays attention to every child, in the classroom it will not work out, everyone is engaged. If the child does not succeed in something, the coach will always explain again and work out the moment that is not getting it.

Began training in Muay Thai with Sergei Ilistratov in November 2019. To be honest - a coach who is so passionate about what he does and who really cares about finding every student who started going to his gym - met for the first time! Who doesn’t care whether you are there or not - but Rili is interested in the progress of each student and the result. What is more important, unlike other coaches with whom I trained, it draws and tightens everyone in the correctness of strikes and technique. There will be a place for experienced fighters who have trained before, because there are those who have been walking for a long time and fight well, there is a place for completely newbies - there are the same beginners here, with whom you can work), in general, there is a cool, sincere atmosphere here! I go to Thai boxing in Predator (79/1 Cosmonauts Ave.) to trainer Sergei (aka Black Devil). The halls are clean, everything you need for training is available, the ventilation in the halls is good, the changing rooms / showers are in order. Convenient schedule, 3 times / week, evening. The coach is strict, works for the result. He closely monitors each student and immediately corrects if something goes wrong. Each workout is something new, there is no routine. Here they really teach to fight and develop creativity. You won't be able to go to Insta just for a photo - you have to earn it. Recommend!

I've been studying with Sergey for a long time, since September 2018, and I can say that he is a real Coach. The main emphasis in his studies is on the setting of the technique and the correct understanding of the very essence of Muay Thai. The development of strength and physical abilities seems to follow, but after 2 months of regular training, you can notice how much the body changes, it becomes more enduring and stronger. Under his leadership, I took first place in city competitions. In the classroom, a lot of time is devoted to basic movements, the honing of which necessarily leads to the improvement of technical elements. In general, I recommend that both beginners and already trained fighters learn from Sergey. The coach is eager to pass on all his knowledge and skills to the students, while he does not stop developing and trains himself with the masters of our art. Come and you won't regret it! You can always leave, but you can't find such a Trainer everywhere.
