Beautiful gothic architecture. Despite the look the church was built and baptised as a Russian orthodox Church. Currently the building is used as a museum. The surrounding park has a natural feel, however it was designed to look so and has beautiful hidden nooks

A beautiful gothic church. I wanted to go inside, but the coronavirus era and the winter mode of the park left this occupation until the summer. In winter, do not come close - maximum to the fence. I was on a sunny winter day and the church contrasts interestingly with the setting in the light of the sunset.

A very beautiful, graceful building. The pearl of the park, forming one of its "postcard" views. Closed to the public during winter. But when it is open and there is an opportunity, it is very desirable for a visit - the restored interiors will create impressions and good mood for a long time.

Church of St. Alexander Nevsky - Inactive Orthodox Church in Peterhof, Russia. Known commonly as the chapel. Facade designs and plans were carried out by the famous German architect F. Schinkel, and the architect A. Menelas directly supervised the construction, after whose death, from September 1831, this role was assigned to the architect I. Charlemagne. In the summer of 1834, construction was completed, and on July 3, 1834, the church was consecrated in the name of the Holy Right Grand Duke Alexander Nevsky, performed by the same Protopresbyter Nikolai Muzovsky in the presence of Emperor Nicholas I.

They are not allowed inside, but from the outside it looks interesting and extremely unusual for local architecture
