When the time came to put my teeth in order, namely, to install braces, heal caries and implant the two missing sixes, I found on Instagram this, at first glance, a wonderful and modern clinic. I visited a couple of consultations with different specialists, showed a fresh CT scan. Orthodontic treatment (270 tons) was calculated for me with preliminary removal of 4 eights (44 tons for all) + treatment of a cyst in the fifth tooth (35 tons). Everything seemed to be going great, all the doctors were smiling and super helpful. BUT... We started by removing two eights. The procedure itself was excellent and almost painless. I had a CT scan immediately after removal. On the second day after the procedure, I saw that a piece of the adjacent tooth had been chipped off. Chipped to Dentin, i.e. deep. It is very sad, but how great it is that I am being treated in such a wonderful clinic as Simplex: I am sure they will help and correct the error instantly. I called and made an appointment for a consultation the next day. This is where the performance and the whole cycle of my story begins. 4 stages of testing with excuses and tricks, each of which was different from each other. 1) I came for an inspection. In a good mood and with zero negativity. During the examination, Dr. Markovets was at first smiling as much as possible and referred to the fact that the chip is only within the enamel. To which I asked to take a photograph. The photo taken clearly showed the darker area of ​​Dentin relative to the enamel. The doctor angrily replied that it was just a plaque from coffee and cigarettes (!!). To my question about how a plaque from coffee and cigarettes could have appeared in two days, when I could not open my mouth and did not smoke, the doctor with a go-ahead and an embittered face answered: "Well ... could." Say, hey, why are you asking questions here. At the same time, it was clearly seen on the postoperative CT scan that the cleavage reaches the dentin area. As a result, I was still signed up to a therapist to restore this cleavage. 2) A couple of days before the appointment, a call is heard from the manager from the reception, who nicely declares that the clinic has become so generous that it gives me a 20% discount on the restoration of my tooth. I didn’t understand right away and asked again: “You broke my tooth and now you are offering me to treat it with you for money ??”. Yes, the manager responds triumphantly, a chip is a complication you have. Then I fell into a sediment and answered that I would not come and hung up. Imagine a situation in which you come to a car service to change the oil. They change your oil, punching the front wheels along the way. And then they also offer to replace these wheels with a discount ... 3) On the same day in the evening, Dr. Perepechenkova Nadezhda herself honored me with a call, she is the director of the clinic. In my naivety, I expected that Nadezhda would at least apologize for what had happened and invite again. But they convinced me that I was such a fool, and I had caries on the next tooth. And to establish the presence of caries is not possible, because No CT scan before surgery. But the CT scan before the operation is not just there, but it was also copied on their computer before my eyes. Further, I was still signed up on October 29th for a FREE tooth restoration. 4) On October 29, my visit to a therapist began with the fact that they literally began to slip papers with the date of October 24 (!) Under my signature that I was refusing endodontic treatment and implantation. Obviously, realizing the risk of complications from deep cleavage, they decided to protect themselves from the "burden of aftercare". And the act of acceptance and transfer became the cherry on the cake deletion of eights, which they edited and added points on which I have no complaints about them ... --- I DO NOT STRONGLY RECOMMEND THIS CLINIC TO VISIT.
