Desserts are only okay, i wouldn't recommend on getting any. But everything else is good.

Great and friendly service, good cook. But meals were all mixed up and served in weird order. One dish didn't arrive at all.

This is a restaurant chain for families (this is how they advertise themselves anyway) which implies very specific types of regulars in the place: mainly 30 to 50 years old adults with small kids, usually in large family groups. Childless couples are a rare sight and young adults or teenagers are almost nowhere to be seen. Atmosphere and menu reinforce that family friendly kind of positioning. So if you are among the demographics this place was designed for, you are going to like it, I suppose. But if you are looking for somewhat of a livelier pub vibe — tough luck, this place doesn't have anything of that sort. It is worth noting that the restaurant is rather spacious and yet it often packed to the brim and quite noisy as a result. Prices are on the expensive side too.
