Made an order for a temperature sensor. They brought a spare part of a rather shabby appearance, the barcode had to be collected in parts. The part code did not match the one on the receipt. It turned out - a cheaper analogue. I decided not to return immediately, tried to install and leave if it works. It didn’t work. The refusal was refused, citing the absence of an act of troubleshooting. As a result - money wasted, time and nerves.

I made an order, delivery 1 day (it is written on the site, I asked the manager when I called, and called back at the store upon arrival). I came to pick up and as it turned out now the delivery time is 8 days. Great company! it was my first and last call to them
