The bouquets on the site do not correspond at all to those that come! I ordered delivery to my mother and was shocked! The variety of roses was not the same! On the photo in the online store there is a huge bouquet of bright roses of the "Fire Flash" variety, and a bouquet came four times smaller and a completely different variety, they were not red, but almost white! And the variety is not at all the same and in terms of volume is not even close to what is in the photo! Why do that, why don't you show real photographs of bouquets ?! She was just terribly upset! The first time I could not come to the city for Mother's Day, I wanted to do something pleasant, but they let me down so much ..

I will never go to this salon again. For the second year in a row, the bouquet does not match the ordered one, they are not informed about the change of composition due to the fact that there are no necessary colors. I called them to clarify why it happened so, nothing intelligible was answered. I will write a complaint.
