Flamand Rose

Flamand Rose is a very nicely decorated restaurant. The restaurant consist of a new building and perhaps hundred years old Finnish house. And of course there's outside (terrace) area. I'm extremely glad to see that these old buildings are kept in shape and respected instead of just demolishing in order to build something new. Staff is extremely helpful and the service is super! There are some minuses to this place as well. It is located near a busy road and the noise from the traffic is quite high. They do have couple seats for kids but there's no nursing room and no place to change diapers. Also it's a bit difficult to enter the place with a baby stroller as there are a few stairs and no ramp. This is also a big problem for persons with disabilities. The food is nothing special but not the worst either. I had baby lamb and the meat was tough and raw at the same time, far from being tender and tasty. French fries were hard and dry. Dessert wasn't surprising either. Drinks were good and their home made bread is excellent! I would't go here for the food only, but as an experience I recommend the place.

We chose this restaurant for its location - it is located next to the highway, there is no need to go anywhere else, turned, parked (the parking is small, there are 10 cars, but given the size of the restaurant hall - there is enough for guests) - and in the restaurant. The menu is not big - there are no more than 10 positions in each section, the portions are decent, tasty. The hot was taken out in 20 minutes. The waiters are friendly, but unhurried, without fuss. The decoration of the hall is simple, no frills, panoramic windows give space, and textile armchairs and sofas create coziness.

Good cuisine, the map does not change over the years, the choice of dishes is small. It is a pity that the restaurant on Gorkovskaya was closed. We held events there, everything was great. Attentive attitude, friendliness and helpfulness. Komarovo is now the only restaurant. Original furnishings (stylized as an old cottage and you can sit outside at a table). But the whole picture is spoiled by unpleasant staff, too relaxed and uninterested. Unfortunately, I will not recommend it.
