Well, firstly, the company moved from the indicated address. Secondly, the number indicated here does not work, I had to look for them in the VC, search for the second address and phone number, which was not answered. We put the monitor on repair for repair, 10 days passed, no one phoned us (although they promised), we had to look for all the old ones and come to the office ourselves. Monitor repaired, the cost of repair is adequate (changing the power supply and something else), while it works, let's see what happens next. Of the pros: you can find and order spare parts for the phone, repair a lot of things, but from the minuses - the customer service. We will still appeal, we just would like to have a little more responsible attitude to communication with customers.
