The other day we made an order through the website. The rolls never came. The question is, is this generally normal? If you do not accept the order, because it is late, or for some other reason, you need to let the customers know and close the site. But not that the notification came out "order accepted, dakaz number, etc." and in the end they waited for 2 hours in an empty place !!!

Ordered rolls, did not like: rice, rice and, once again, rice. The weight of fish in rolls is measured in nanograms. Cheese is also saved. But cucumbers did not regret it. For such product quality, prices are pretty high. Of the benefits: soy sauce, ginger and wasabi are included in the order. Total: for the quality of the rolls themselves- grade "2"; for wasabi, soy sauce and ginger without additional order, re-1 point. In the end: score "3". We will look for something else. We will no longer order rolls at Arigato.

And I did not like it. I go, the smell of rancid and burning oil hits my nose. Deaf cardboard walls, they have photos with prices and products. Place a small square two by two meters. It's just not serious! I would not be surprised if their cooks (if there are any at all) work with dirty hands and without sanitary books! After all, everything is done so that you do not see the cooking process. Or maybe it's special? So that. if anyone loves to eat an E. coli - wales. And the rest - I do not advise!

Yesterday, for the first time the rolls were ordered here ... what to say, it was delivered for half an hour this +, the rice does not fall apart, but to taste I'm not enthusiastic .... the fish is pale, and its soooo thinly cut that (the chef can say bravo)) ))) is not felt even .... with the chicken did not like ... I will say one thing, there are sushi bars, where it's much worse ... But ... It's always better to reach for the ideal, rather than lying on the bottom of the stone .... but next time I will order elsewhere ...
