Bank "Otkritie"

There is no electronic queue, the speed of work and attitude to it leave much to be desired. I came to receive a social card, at the same time I wrote an application for changing personal data associated with the card. 2 weeks have passed, the data has not been updated, and through very complicated and almost useless communication with the bank support service through a mobile application, I found out that there is no statement from me. I will never see my scholarship ever, apparently.
