Not always welcome. We have an issues up on arrival, no service for disabled customers, have to get off plain by our selfs, and care luggage trough the front door, and lift on scanner belt to go inside airport.

The process is also 2-stage, first into the common room with the guides, then 20 minutes before boarding in the departure lounge where there is a stall and a mini-store selling snacks and drinks.
