Yesterday I made a purchase in this store. I'm just shocked by the arrogance and rudeness of the employee of the gym, Svetlana! I just sent a complaint through the site, and here I want to share my impressions ... Copying part of the letter "This was my first purchase in your store, and the last one! I bought sewing accessories at the beginning of the sewing course. Of course, the person doing something in first time, I need help. As soon as Svetlana started assisting me, I immediately felt as if I was distracting her from something. She spoke quickly, nervously. And now in fact: she showed me a centimeter twisted in a plastic box. That is, I myself I can't check it, but I needed a two-sided one, starting at 0. I asked to open it. Svetlana began to get it on the negative. After a while, I told her: “maybe turn it over and he will fall out himself.” To which she answered: "Girl, if everything were that simple!" Considering that initially she was extremely unfriendly, plus this phrase - I wanted to roll back from her help, but when I entered the store I noticed that there were only a few employees in the hall, and there are enough buyers. Then we moved on to scissors. I needed cutting machines. There were about 50 scissors hanging in front of us. Svetlana with irritation in her voice said: "Here are scissors, here, here. Choose" I asked for help to choose and added that if I knew how to do it, I would not ask for help! My patience has simply ended (and why should I, a client, tolerate rudeness from an employee!) Then I said: "If you are busy with something, you can continue to do it. I see that you do not want to help." She replied: "Since you are just starting to sew, you may not need cutting scissors, since you will cut chintz!" Firstly, it’s not for her to tell me if I need something or not, how does she know where I’ll start (we learn to sew on normal material and the first product will be a skirt, I’m still not school age to "cut" chintz ). Secondly, she deliberately orients me to refuse to buy, therefore, the store's revenue will be less (and how many times a day, a week and a month did she “help” the customers? And you missed the profit). After that moment, I told her: "I no longer need your help" and left her. After that, I stayed in the store for another 20 minutes, and she did not come up, did not apologize. I'm shocked by your service! I worked for many years in the service industry (in a hotel) and if I talked and behaved like that with guests, I would simply be fired! And your employees feel permissiveness! The scissors later helped me choose the employee of the hall Inga. She provided material on which to test the scissors (I want to note that there were already cuts on the material, that is, it is a common practice to check the scissors before buying. Svetlana, however, "suggested" to choose them just from the bulldozer). Yes, your store has a large selection. Fortunately, it is not the only place to buy sewing supplies. I no longer want to shop with you.

We were looking for where to buy paint for the Holi holiday, found here. Affordable price, great choice! And when they came to pick up the order, they were simply shocked by the huge assortment !! There is literally everything! We collected a lot of things for creativity, the quality is excellent! The only thing was that there was no plastic for the 3D pen (plastiq / ABS)

A very good store, a huge selection for those who are engaged in creativity. Acceptable prices. BUT the staff is not interested in customers, I explain why, a discount card is issued when buying from 1500 rubles, we bought for 1388 rubles, which the cashier told us, no, we won’t give a card. If you come to buy something else, then we will issue it. So dear staff and the director of this store, so you lose customers because of the difference of 112 rubles. Therefore, such a low rating.

The choice, of course, is very large for creativity, but the prices are very high.
