The time of the break is not indicated on the website or on the door of the bank, but only the opening hours of the bank. I came to the bank on October 2 at 15.53 (I did not know about the break). The cashier had to wait, but when she began to serve me, she gave me false information so that I would leave. Since I was satisfied with the bank's conditions for the operation I needed, leaving the cashier's booth, I began to ask the bank employees in detail for the information I needed. From their explanations, I realized that the cashier simply did not want to serve me and went to lunch, and I was asked to wait another 35 minutes until the end of the break. When I asked for a complaint book, I was given a regular form on a plain sheet. It's clear that this complaint will simply be thrown into the trash ... This is the first time I have encountered such unprofessionalism and hostile attitude towards my clients.
