Zara always is a great choice for my family and I

I love Zara and have shopped at this store for over 7 years but I’m not coming back. the offline experience has been declining for way too long at Zara. Inconvenient logic of the store and poor customer service as the store seemed understaffed and generally disorganised. If you want to try on more than 6 pieces - the assistant will tel you to leave your things on the floor (!!) behind wardrobe area and will specify that she takes no responsibility for the things left here. It is so absurd you kinda start nervously laughing here. :) Then you are at the claustrophobic size of the wardrobe cubicle with almost no light. And to actually see yourself in the mirror, you need to leave your privacy and stand in front of one gigantic mirror and, possibly, someone’s husband watching you. Remember - you need to keep switch pieces in order to keep only 6 inside the wardrobe at a time. After a few sprints you realise you are feeling physically exhausted and out of breath. That’s when you don’t like anything and all you want is to get out of there. The assistant will demand for you to hand her the clothes you tried on back on the handles and give you an evil look for not having the handles. Also the sizes are impossible to find, another assistant checked for my size and confirmed it was available at the store. Then she said that she will go look for it with me but then she dissapered and then apologised and said she was busy now. The assistants were lost and there was no senior management on the floors. The customers struggle to find fitting rooms, which are at the very back of only one floor. It’s 2019, Security should not become the reason of poor customer service and this store should become a more efficient organisation. I am switching to Lamoda and hopefully Zara will become available there and radically improves its offline experience.
