Terrible service. They think only about their own benefit. Employees are not competent. They do not issue certificates of work performed, only after a complaint received an act. During the commercial replacement of the iPhone, they wanted to issue a device that was already in operation. There were dents in the connector, the feeling that someone was very sloppy and repeatedly tried to charge it. What, then, are the engineers working there that are not able to correctly evaluate the device for issuance? Maybe you didn’t need to replace mine? Wasted a lot of my time, nerves, got paid from me. As a result, I am still without a phone, which is so necessary in my work, and without 37,000 rubles. Who so wanted to deceive me? Apple or restore? By slipping a used device into me. Think about whether you should contact them, or look for an alternative?

I bought an iphone 11 in the online store, there was a courier delivery, I did not notice any defects during inspection, but in the evening I discovered it purely by accident * see. Photo* The next day, I turned to this store with a request to exchange the device, the seller Andrey (I did not remember his last name) helped with the design, the phone was transferred to the service for diagnostics. One week and seven days later, they called back from the store, saying that this was a cosmetic defect from the factory, it did not affect my work in any way, but they would still exchange my phone!
