Administrator Gladkikh D. M is incompetent in her profession. He is rude to absolutely adequate questions, and does not give proper information. To my repetition of the question, she just got up and left, said she no longer could that she was human. And apparently not, I wasted 40 minutes of my time, standing with a small child. Here is such a clowning) terrible attitude towards customers. I think that D. M Gladkikh has no place in this organization.
