Excellent quality and service. Try the "Bao" terace restaurant seafood and sushis. A little expensive (130 usd for 2), but really worth it

Gym is a joke. Not a surprise Brazil was not doing well during WC2018.

This is a wonderful resort hotel with first class staff and amenities. The beautiful Camelia gardens are blooming this time of year, and the sunset over the Black Sea is in full view from the back of the hotel. Great food and a spotlessly clean room. One of the nicest places I have ever stayed!

Food poisoning in the top restaurant, staff offered me a taxi home or a few hours extra in the hotel before I complained to their parent company. After which they offered me a free stay, which I refused. Staff mocked me when I turned my back on check out (wife and child witnessed). Avoid this place. Got to Hyatt!
