Disgusting service, they threw a sheet off the table, and there were notes that were important to me. It is not clear why every month the price per room is growing, and the level of service is a trash heap. In addition, the safe in the deluxe room did not work, I told them about it, no one came to fix it. When ordering room cleaning, I asked to spread the bed on the couch, they did not. I came to the hotel very happy, every time it got worse and worse. Apparently, this was the last time in this hotel.

I am far from being a budget tourist, and extremely fastidious, but in this hotel I liked absolutely everything, starting with parking. The security guard helped to park, at the reception they were greeted as if they were only waiting for us and no one else. The mattress is so comfortable as if you are falling into a fairy tale. Convenient, cozy. For those for whom little things are not little things: breakfast buffet with a large selection of dishes and even champagne; Wi-Fi not only "on the territory", but also in the rooms, and very fast; does not smell of bleach in the pool; As a compliment, they brought fruit to the room and "just in case" in addition (in addition to those that were already in the room) a set of soap-ryl accessories, a bathrobe, slippers, towels🤷‍♀️. The restaurant is a different story: only excellent epithets! Cuisine, service - if I start describing, there will be a lot of positive letters and superlatives - in short, it was a pity that you couldn't eat five or seven times for dinner, because after the first meal I ate I wanted to try all the dishes from the menu ! Magnificent panoramic view, unobtrusive but sociable, intelligent (!) Waiter, hospitable administrator. Thank you, thanks to you I wanted to return to Krasnodar and get to know the city! Your hotel and staff are a worthy visiting card of this city! Thank you for a wonderful stay and positive emotions. Cons: there is no bath complex and poor soundproofing of the windows.

An excellent hotel, quiet, comfortable rooms, delicious breakfast buffet, conference room. Located in the center, within walking distance of the theater, attractions, hay market. The airport is 40 minutes away.
