Great hotel, very nice rooms. Decent breakfast. Staff is very nice and helpful There is a big swimming pool but no jacuzzi unfortunately. I recommend it when staying in Sochi

The hotel is very good and it's located perfectly. We had a room with great views of the mountains. The staff was very helpful and friendly. Victor was especially friendly. I would highly recommend this hotel.

I am already 10 years Marriott Gold member, never had any problems with upgrade (as long as it was available) and late check out...but not on Marriott Krasnaya Polyana, they said that I wasn’t able to get this time because I didn’t book through them. Our room wasn’t cleaned for 3 from 5 nights we stayed there. The tours agency that is inside the hotel was the worst I ever experienced. They call Junny tours if I’m not wrong. All the workers in the hotel are polite (besides the fact that they don’t speak English unfortunately). Breakfast is also very good. I would give 5 stars if they would give some respects for gold members, but as a gold member would give maximum 1 Star.

Please work on your client service ! Not having towels by the pool side or no water , it's not acceptable ....increase your quality of service and make your beautiful hotel stand out as unique

Fantastic hotel. Great rooms and excellent facilities. We had only breakfasts and we loved the variety and the welcoming stuff whenever we passed or met one of them.
Similar place
