I don't really want to remember this event, we arrived at this hotel having previously booked a suite with children. It was necessary to settle in a spouse with children. The youngest is a year old. He freaked out a bit and I submitted my wife's passport and was ready to pay. I asked to populate them while I finish the design. The administrator demanded a birth certificate that was on my phone. I again asked to move my wife and children. The girl in the mask answered categorically no. In general, she kept us at the counter for more than an hour expounding and inventing new laws of the Russian Federation along the way. We left for a more normal hotel where they helped us with things and a stroller. I would definitely expel such an employee.

A very decent hotel. Service, interior, cleanliness, everything is there. Upon arrival, a welcome glass of wine or juice is offered. Not expected. Thanks!

The hotel is well-groomed, freshly renovated, but the impression is that I got into a luxury hotel of the 90s. Very spacious rooms. I was particularly impressed by the size of the bathroom. The extra seat was the sofa turned out to be very narrow - max one and a half. Two children could not sleep. Ok very large double bed :)
