The hotel is so-so ... at first everything was fine, we arrived in a deluxe room, it would seem nothing, but there was a theft, they stole quite expensive perfume for 20t ... everything was rummaged nowhere, they were in the room, but it's okay, you can put up with this, the mini-bar was filled with partially missing food, dried nuts and various drinks .. the deluxe room doesn't match its description, the air conditioning system is utter horror !!! Not only is it very hot in the room, but they also demanded 4t for the mini bar. After check-out .. children are not allowed in the spa, in the first such that they are not allowed in the spa, not the hotel, but some kind of disappointment ... I do not advise anyone .. Breakfasts are boring, small selection, two types of juice, tea, coffee machine worked, instead of her people came and made tea .. eggs, and the remaining food from yesterday, I got hair in the food ...

Hello! We rested at your hotel from 13 to 16 October 2020. We liked everything very much, there are no words. And they sunbathed and went swimming and worked out in the gym, and what a great bath! I recommend the hotel to everyone. Well, now about the pleasant. We express our gratitude to the hotel staff Kandybko Karina, Kudashkina Diana, Dementyeva Elizaveta, Lyubomirskaya Olga, Fedorova Anastasia. We would like to thank the fitness staff - Maria Krutko, Ekaterina Kalashnikova, many thanks for the excellent food to the staff of the "NEBO" restaurant - Maria Barabash, Dmitry - the sous-chef and Dmitry - the cook. Well done guys, keep it up! Request to the hotel management to reward these employees who made our stay unforgettable and just great! We will come to you more than once this year and next. The bottom of the hotel. Breakfasts are the most bland in the Kuban. Rooms are not cleaned, towels are changed and water delivery is not cleaning. The sewerage system is in complete malfunction, and the water in the shower and in the sink never leaks out of the drain. The colleagues have the same thing. Due to the spa culture, there is absolutely no appearance. People with naked torso ride the elevator. Audibility at the highest level! Who comes to the hotel to quarrel, who gets drunk and shouts, be sure to hear everyone. The rooms with roof windows have a ventilation system. * Gym and restaurant sky are quite decent.

Nice hotel with a large and interesting spa area. Good breakfast buffet, however, no fruit. Nearby is a large cute shopping center. In general, I liked everything, we recommend it!)
