It is an oasis of wild nature between the big cities of Krasnodar, Maikop and Sochi. The world of the Caucasian reserve is mountains with glaciers. The Caucasus is one of the most biologically rich regions on Earth. This natural reserve has the second-largest protected area in Europe and the largest one in Caucasus mountains of Russia.
