Hello. On the site Mercedes RF found the model I needed in this showroom. Arrived. Instead of the indicated cost of 4.68 million rubles, it turned out to be 5.1 million rubles. How so? The official website indicates the recommended retail price, but in fact, allegedly, because of the "special stages" for 500 thousand more, which I personally do not need in figs because this model has a good package. Moreover, I found the same car on the Avito website in the same car dealership, at a price of 4.68 million rubles. To my question why such a difference in cost and showing a photo of the ad with Avito, the manager replied to me that the ad was supposedly placed long ago and the prices had already risen. BUT!! in fact, the ad was posted 2 days ago. In short, nothing is clear to me. Why do they post the same prices on the official website, while OD prices are several times higher

Good day! I came to the next MOT, serviced the car, revealed a faulty thermostat. They said they could not answer whether this was a warranty case or not. The service consultant said that in two days they would report whether the thermostat would be replaced under warranty. Three days later, no one called, I had to call myself and find out. As a result, we agreed on a replacement under the Warranty. On the appointed day, I arrived for repairs under warranty and replacement of pads and brake fluid as recommended. After 5 hours of waiting for the repair, a service consultant came up and told me that when replacing the thermostat, you need to make an adaptation, but it is not included in the warranty, this is a paid service and costs 5,000 rubles. In general, we decided to expand the amount of the order out of the blue. This is my last visit to this Mercedes dealership. Every visit, with a negative. And I do not recommend it to you !!!

Considering that we did not have a very positive experience of communicating with sales managers of other Mercedes-Benz salons (low interest in the client, unwillingness to do more than the job responsibilities envisage - we tried to buy a car for six months), your approach to the client and readiness to resolve any issue (even after hours) determined our choice to purchase a car in the Klyuchavto showroom (Krasnodar). I would like to note that customer support at this level meets the highest marketing standards in terms of a customer-oriented approach!
