The second time they wanted specifically their food and the order was confirmed, after three hours of waiting, they called themselves to cancel the order, it turned out that they hadn't started it, someone forgot to squeeze something out. They offered to cook everything quickly, quickly, we refused, it was already late evening, went to bed hungry. The third time they ordered food through Yandex, they decided that they would not want to spoil their reputation there. But it was not there! An hour later, with a penny, a call to the phone "food delivery" and hang up! Nobody can be seen through the window, after 10 minutes of chimes from the cafe it turns out that the courier has arrived and is standing two entrances from ours. Apparently, he had to go out and start looking for him. That actually advised me for the future! That is, in the end, I also turned out to be to blame myself) This was the last time when I ordered food in a cafe, not a chain one.
