It's a gas station with gasoline. Not a very nice one, there are some others nearby. Nobody filled up there in the 1/2 we waited there.

After refueling, 08/10/2020, the car stopped driving. Clogged fuel filter and injectors. Wouldn't recommend.

Rosneft! The name speaks for itself. There are always cars at the gas station, because good gasoline, you can have a snack and, sorry, the toilet is normal.
